Custom Reports
LANsurveyor allows you to quickly and easily generate network infrastructure reports to meet your network documentation and audit requirements.
LANsurveyor generates reports based on a number of different access technologies that can be mixed and matched in the Custom Report wizard. These include:
LANsurveyor also reports autodiscovery data (including node identification information and switch port connectivity) as well as alert conditions to syslog servers.
The Custom Report wizard allows you to use
more than
200 different report fields to generate reports that can then be exported to Excel with a single mouse click.
Standard Reports
LANsurveyor also includes standard reports.
The Switch/Hub Ports Report generates a complete list of all nodes connected to one or more managed switches or hubs.
When the Neon Responder option is used, you can automatically store hardware and software asset and configuration management information in a SQL database and generate asset reports. The Backup Profiler report lists essential hardware information and includes an accounting of modified files as well as a connection speed test to assist with incremental backup calculations and contingency planning.
